Currently have a website, or need a new one? We’ll migrate your website to our servers, for no charge, or get you set up with a new one. Our servers boast no hard bandwidth caps and utilize Cloudflare’s content delivery network (CDN) to ensure your website loads faster than the rest. We also offer search engine optimization (SEO) evaluation and remediation to keep your links at the top of Google’s search results.

Having an email address with your domain at the end shows customers that you’re professional sets you apart. Alternatively, use Microsoft Teams included with Microsoft 365 (MS365) to chat and collaborate internally or set up video conferences with other organizations. Of course, the big reason to get a MS365 business account is the industry standard Office suite, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. We’ll even help migrate you from your old provider!

Already comfortable with Google, prefer to use Chromebooks or just really hate Microsoft? We can set up Google Workspace for you as well! Use your own domain for your email, collaborate with Google Chat, communicate with clients and employees using Google Forms, and enjoy access to the bulit-for-teams G-Suite that includes Docs, Sheets, Slides, and more.

Websites and custom email addresses are nice, but require a foundation in the Domain Name System (DNS). Instead of keeping up with new industry standards such as DMARC, worrying about email deliverability or having to know the difference between an A and a CNAME record, let us register and manage your DNS for you.

Giving every user their own computer is good and all, but what happens when someone else needs access to that computer? It’s a security nightmare having employees exchanging passwords, so instead we separate the account from the computer. Using Windows Active Directory (AD), we can control what computer users can sign into, provide managed file access over the network, and even provide single sign-on (SSO) to compatible services to keep from having to keep track of extra passwords. In accordance with industry standards, we also provide Duo Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in the form of a mobile phone app, or a hardware key that can be plugged into your computer.

To set up AD, you’re going to need Windows Server to run it. We provide installation, setup and administration of servers of all kinds, including databases, Windows Server, industry-specific programs, and more. Utilizing the power of Proxmox, we can even run multiple servers on a single machine to save you money, increase security, and maintain backups of crucial application data. Our Server+ and Security+ certified technicians will maintain, monitor, and secure your server so you can sleep well at night. Concerned about natural disasters (it is Texoma after all), or just want to keep an extra copy of data just in case? Take a look at our Backup & BC/DR solutions!

It’s never a good idea to put all your eggs in one basket, so why keep all your data on one drive, or even one device? Hard drives fail and eventually even the best server will too, so we keep an extra copy onsite, and an encrypted copy offsite in case of major emergencies. Everywhere has it’s risks, but down in Texoma we’ve all seen how little natural disasters care about your work and data.

Instead of getting simpler to maintain and manage, computers have become more complex with more tools than ever needed to keep them running smoothly. We can use our remote agent to monitor the vitals of your computers, keep applications up to date with patches, and deploy new applications. Even mobile phones can be managed! Includes  MS365/Google Workspace, Identity and Access Management, device security including EDR, and a password manager. We also have an option for all-you-can-eat support!

Looking to add a few computers to your fleet, or need to start fresh with up-to-date hardware? We’ve got you covered, and can move all of your old data over. We even have a management contract where we’ll replace your computers with new ones every 3 years, and make sure your data is securely erased from the old computers so you can focus on keeping your business chugging along, and not on whether or not your fleet is due for an upgrade.

Not everyone can shell out the money for a brand new computer however. In those cases, we can often replace the hard drive with a new one, upgrade the memory, or a myriad of other possibilities. We can also fix non-booting computers, non-responsive computers, dying drives and burned-out parts.

Your employees may need to be able to access their computers from home/offiste for one reason or another, and for that we have remote access. No absurd TeamViewer pricing, and we can set up control on when your employees can log in, and what computers they have access to.

We’ll keep an eye on your printers to make sure they never run dry on toner/ink, and make sure they get taken care of if they have a breakdown. We also provide Printix to grant greater flexibility and control over user printing capabilities.

Networks can get very complex very quickly these days, so it helps to have experience on your side. Our network technicians will ensure that your network from your Internet Service Provider’s (ISP) modem down to employee devices are secured, fast and resilient. We use top-of-the-line access points (APs) to make sure your facilities are well-covered with WiFi, and with the power of Unifi, we can watch over your network to see when issues arise, or change configurations on the fly if needed.

Need internet out where internet ain’t? Our point-to-point (P2P) wireless bridges can get internet from a main building to locations where cable runs aren’t feasible, at speeds comparable to a cable! Taking further advantage of Ubiquiti’s controllers, we can keep tabs on the connection and uptime of your bridge to make sure Texoma winds aren’t an issue.

All businesses need a way to communicate with customers, and the most common way is, of course, by phone. Because of this, many business already have phone systems, but are on limited and obsolete landlines, or expensive PRIs. Our affordable phone systems can do much more, including call routing by time of day, texting, access from your mobile phone, voicemail-to-email transcription, and more.

Many businesses have uses for being able to broadcast a message not just to every phone, but to every person in a building. To that end, we provide an overhead speaker system that works with our phones for paging, and with audio outputs like FM and XM receivers for music. Have different areas of the building that need to respond to different commands? No worries, we can zone and group your speakers to provide granular control over which ones page, and when.
